Our Way at Zen Pod

We see healing as a remembering. Not something to achieve. Not something to fix. But something that reveals itself when the body realizes it is safe enough to soften.

Many people arrive carrying tension that has quietly become normal. A nervous system that has stayed alert for too long. Muscles that hold without knowing how to release. A breath that moves, but never quite lands. Our role is not to force change, but to create an atmosphere where protection can gently unwind and restoration can begin in its own timing.

We work at the intersection of ancient wisdom and grounded practice. Breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and energy work are not separate paths. They are different doors into the same experience. A return to presence. A return to clarity.

We move slowly. We move with consent. We respect the intelligence of trauma and the pace it requires. There is no performance here. No ideology to adopt. Only a steady, attentive space where you can meet yourself without defense.

  • Safety before depth. Regulation creates the foundation for transformation.
  • Consent as structure. Your nervous system sets the tempo.
  • Trust in the body. When it feels supported, it reorganizes naturally.
  • Simplicity over spectacle. Sustainable practice over dramatic experience.
  • Whole-system care. Mind, body, breath, energy, and community belong together.

Master Andy at Zen Pod

Master Andy

No one truly knows where their healing journey begins. Sometimes it does not begin with a decision, but with a quiet sense that something deeper is asking to be followed.

For Andy, that call led him to Isan in northeast Thailand. There was no elaborate plan. Only an instinct. A feeling that simplicity and distance from noise might reveal something essential.

Life there was spacious. Uncomplicated. And in that openness something began to unfold. Conversations grew deeper. People began sharing what they had never said aloud. Without naming it, he was already holding space. Listening carefully. Asking the kind of questions that do not fix, but illuminate.

A powerful life experience later intensified that inward turning. It required him to examine his own mind with honesty. To look at emotion, behavior, unconscious pattern. Not as theory, but as lived reality.

This led him into a twelve day immersion in Thailand that became a turning point. What began as exploration became commitment. He completed the full training and spent years integrating the work, not only in sessions, but in daily life.

Over time his path deepened into shamanic healing. He became a Reiki Master and teacher. Breathwork revealed itself as another doorway. Not dramatic. But powerful in its simplicity.

Today he teaches advanced breathwork to help release trauma, build resilience, and restore connection to inner truth. Meditation is no longer a technique for him. It is a daily anchor. A return to clarity and presence.

He is also certified in cold water immersion, guiding others safely through the physical and emotional process of ice bathing. The breath, the cold, the stillness. They are not separate practices. They are different ways of meeting oneself honestly.

As a devoted student of Pranayama, the yogic science of breath, he continues to refine how awareness, energy, and physiology interact. Not chasing novelty. But going deeper into what works.

Today Andy lives and works in Thailand, offering Reiki, shamanic healing, breathwork, meditation, cold immersion, and energetic consulting through sessions, workshops, and retreats. His work is grounded in lived experience. And guided by deep respect for the unique path each person carries within them.

Nicklas at Zen Pod

Nicklas

Movement has been part of Nicklas’ life for as long as he can remember. It began at twelve years old in a dance studio. By eighteen he was already teaching.

What started as choreography slowly became something more intimate. An investigation into how the body holds memory. How it expresses what words cannot. How it protects. How it releases.

Over more than twenty five years, movement expanded into strength training, balance work, flexibility, endurance, animal movement, yoga, and mindful body practices. Not for performance. But for understanding.

He is a certified personal trainer and somatic teacher, with a particular depth in inversions, balance, and building sustainable movement practices rooted in presence and play.

His work goes beyond exercise. It is about helping people feel safe in their own body. About rebuilding trust between sensation and awareness. About discovering that strength and softness are not opposites.

As a movement specialist, Nicklas now works from the inside out. Breath, nervous system, and energy are not separate from physical training. They are the foundation.

Every session begins with your lived experience. Your limitations. Your history. From there, something lasting is built. Not a temporary routine, but a relationship with movement that can remain for life.

His work often includes yoga, animal movement, Qi Gong, lymph system activation, flexibility training, and handstands and inversions. Always adapted to the person. Always built for sustainability.
